Sarah is a shining light in the Queensland coffee industry. She is a Qld Brewers Cup Champion and our Head Barista. Sarah is responsible for sourcing green beans, quality control and roasting. She is also a passionate advocate for speciality coffee education.
Although responsible for our kitchen operations, New York born Chris likes to refer to himself as a Customer Service Professional. Producing tasty wholesome food and making people happy is his mission. Chris has a wealth of experience including many years at Sirromet Winery.
Jacquie truly understands the meaning of hospitality and is responsible for the smooth running of the cafe. She takes great pride in providing a warm, friendly environment for our customers and is an encouraging mentor to all of our staff. She’s also super fun to be around!
