Alex is a leader and mentor to many. Loved for his generous spirit, he is passionate about providing opportunities and dreaming big. With 40 years of small business experience, coffee, community and people are his passion.

Liam Pratt

Head of Coffee

Liam is responsible for sourcing green beans, quality control and roasting for our retail and wholesale operation and leading our barista team. Liam is a passionate advocate for coffee education and mentoring our team.

JAYDEN godwin

Head Chef

Jayden leads our kitchen team creating wholesome, innovative and always tasty food. He delivers consistency and flavour in a calm and supportive environment. Jayden is an advocate for education and giving back to his community.

Cafe Manager

Charlotte is a hospitality professional who leads our front of house team and is responsible for ensuring the cafe runs smoothly everyday and mentoring the team. She always wears a smile and enjoys making sure our customers leave us feeling happy and valued.

Growing up in Logan City, Heather has over twenty years experience in graphic design and marketing and her love of colour shines bright at Extraction. For many years she wrote a successful food blog, now she just enjoys eating food rather than writing about it!
